Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help us if we are under long-
term contracts with our carriers?
We can help you at any stage of your contract
or negotiation process. Most of our clients are
under long-term contracts with their carriers
and this is expected with large telecom users.
We renegotiate contracts far sooner than customers
are able to, and there is always opportunity to
produce savings through the correction of errors
and to recover overcharges.
How quickly can we expect results?
A number of factors affect our timeline to results.
Depending on the engagement, we typically produce
substantial results within a 30 to 60 day window.
Though complex, high dollar amount refund issues
can take several months.
How much time involvement will be
required on our part?
The time involvement of you and your staff will
be minimal if not negligible. We have the resources
and systems in place to accomplish our work. Our
work is very much behind the scenes, freeing you
to focus on core responsibilities.
How is it that you are more effective
than our internal staff?
We are specialists and this is all we do. Just
as a CPA is likely to be more prepared to handle
complex tax issues than the individual that handles
their taxes once a year, we are better prepared
and equipped to handle complex billing issues
and contractual negotiations.
How will my carrier
relationships be affected?
We do not play an adversarial role with the carriers.
Our clients benefit from enhanced communication,
increased responsiveness, greater accountability,
and an increased profile.
Can you help us if we're already
in the middle of negotiations?
We can help at any stage of your negotiations
or contract term. We are often able to produce
10% to 15% savings without negotiations.
Can you help us if we're already aware
of overcharges?
Yes, in fact we can help you if you have already
received refunds. Finding errors is simply a piece
of the overcharge recovery process. Often times
the work after identification of errors to the
point of recovery is a much larger and more difficult
part of the process.
What ís the likelihood that you will be
successful in producing results?
It's
highly probable that we will produce for you.
If our track record is an indication of future
results, statistically we have produced significant
results for 95% of our clients. We are highly
proficient at our job and though we cannot guarantee
results, the viability of our business model depends
on a high rate of success.
