Available Positions
Billing Research Analyst
(2 positions available)
This person will be responsible for: performing
comprehensive audits and usage/cost analysis, identifying
and researching overcharges, instigating and managing
the recovery of refunds, generating client reports,
and working with customer service representatives
at various telecom providers. This individual should
be detail oriented and work well with numbers. An
attractive candidate should have at least two years
telecom background (preferably customer service
or billing research experience). Must be highly
proficient with MS Excel and Word applications.
Should be meticulous and possess strong analytical
skills.
Administrative Coordinator
(1 position available)
This person will be responsible for: general office
duties, client relations, consultant and agent support,
maintaining ACT databases, assisting the processing
Dept. with back office operations. This will include:
auditing and analysis, generation of client reports,
and working with customer service representatives
at the various telecom providers. Telecom experience
is preferred. Must be proficient with MS applications
with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Senior Consultant
(2 positions available)
Do you possess sharp analytical skills and an ability
to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively?
Combine those skills with a strong telecom background
and this could be the perfect fit.
The person in this high-level position will play
a key role working on behalf of large, recognized
companies. He or She will be responsible for knowing
all phases of the sales and processing cycles, and
will be accountable for much of the client relationship.
Specific responsibilities will include: Providing
field support to agents (assisting them to secure
new business), providing technical training and
assistance, maintaining correspondence with key
Financial and IS executives, conducting carrier
negotiations, presenting findings and recommendations,
educating clients, and overseeing the implementation
of recommendations.
An attractive candidate should have a minimum of
2-3 years telecom background in voice, data, or
internet. A degree or certification in telecommunications
is preferred.
Network Design Specialist
(1 position available)
This individual should possess a thorough understanding
of current and emerging datacom technologies, their
applications, various network architecture topologies,
and networking hardware specifications. He or she
should have extensive experience designing and implementing
networks and systems utilizing state of the art
voice, data, video, and multimedia technology.
